oh hey. Yes. I am from Germany. From Hamburg.
Been to the Concert yesterday and got the impression that quite a lot of people know Patrick Wolf. It was pretty crowded and many people knew all of the lyrics.

Another german fan is on board. I went to Nuernberg last week to see and listen to wonderful Patrick. In the moment I'm doing my best to attract as much interest on Patrick as possible at www.ioff.de which is a pretty frequented and good organized mediaforum. Anyone who wants to help me out there discussing Patrick in German and keeping the patrick-thread high? np: pigeon song

hi laura, meld ich doch bitte im www.ioff.de an, ich brauch dort im Musikforum ganz dringend Patrick-Schwärm-Verstärkung. hi laura, please come over to the ioff.de-forum, I need help there to enthuse about patrick. If you don't want to come to ioff.de, it would be very kind, to tell me about your impression from the concert in Schorndorf in this forum. This would be great, because I need to know every little bit that happend there. (Seems like I'm in some sort of patrick-madness ... )

i hope it's okay if i write in german in this thread because i find it pretty hard to translate everything and it always takes a lot of time. :\

lauraWell done, laura! Your concert-report on ioff.de is very good, I enjoyed it so much and it's hard for me, not to answer it right now. But please have a little patience, because I want to be the thread on top just before it vanishes on side 2, so that all people that are not regular users, but just sneak into the forum, have the chance to take a look on Patrick. Very nice pictures, btw!

Heyho, folks I saw Patrick in Schorndorf, too! I knew 'To The Lighthouse' from a Musikexpress-Compilation and liked it from the first listening on. Then I downloaded (i must pretend) 'Wolf Song', 'Bloodbeat' and 'Demolition'. I couldn't get any other songs at that time. That was some time last year. Then there was Schorndorf, and I bought 'Lycanthropy' and 'Wind In The Wires' there, so I think my downloads may be forgiven ;-) I was/am that much impressed by his voice and melodies! Whou, man! A new fan was born ;D

Well, I'm not directly from Schorndorf, it takes me for about 1,5 hours by car to get there, but you are used to that, if you live somewhere in the "Pampa" of the southwest of Germany ;-) I also thought, that it was a little bit empty, but I like that kind of concerts a lot more than those in big sites, because you know, that most people are there for really listening and the atmosphere ist more intimate and exclusive.

don't get me wrong i'm not from schorndorf either, i'm proud to be a stuttgarter ;D , but i went to schorndorf! empty concerts are always better than concerts at which i nearly die because of people jumping and crushing into/onto me. but i always fear thet the artist won't come back if there are only few poeple in the audience. (huh..my english is very bad these days... )

hey kiddoa! i think your downloads are forgiven, now that you have bought the albums i first downloaded lycanthropy because i didn't find it anywere but then i bought it at the concert aswell, so now i don't have a guilty conscience anymore ;D ..and i think it was really worth it because i love the artwork and the message on the back of the booklet and everything.
