This Weather + Teignmouth Question

Hey for This Weather the part before "time slows and slips away"
there's a little instrumental part and in the background someone says something.

Can anyone make out what they're saying. All I can catch is "...anyone..."

ALSO for Teignmouth does anyone know how to create that looping sound making a lot of noise throughout the whole song? It makes it really sound like you're on a train.

Sounds more like "anymore" to me. But just as easily could be "anyone". Not sure what it is, or if it's important or not, to be honest.

It sounds like either "help anyone?" or "love anyone?" to me. But the radio sound is underneath throughout and I don't feel to do anymore investigating on the subject...
