Hahahaha, I moved here from Manchester when I was 13, I've lived here nearly 12 years now and when my (belated) degree is finished in the summer I'll hopefully be out of here!

Ha. You're from Dawlish? Amazing. I went to a party there once. It was rubbish.

It's certainly not the best place to spend your time, let alone your youth.

I feel like the very beginning bit right before the piano comes in he has truly captured the essence of sun glowing over a horizon. Soo magnificent!

Definately Tinmuth, if you're local. I made the mistake of calling it Teenmouth when I first moved down here. I live in the town next door. My other half did a phone interview with Patrick the other day and informs me he pronounced it correctly. Also, yeah Tinmuth is sucky, although I had a nice pot of earl and a toasted teacake there last week. "nice pot of earl"? Good grief!?

Teignmouth is the most beautiful song I have ever heard. It's definitely my favorite song by him or anyone.

Yeah, he's never actually been to Teignmouth, it was all about the train journey. Ha, this makes me happier than anyone could comprehend. I don't know how but I feel like that train journey actually changed my life somehow. I've never felt so peaceful and in love with my country. Grar. There's something infinitely comforting about that song now. It's just a calm, protective space for me. I've been bordering on fangirl a little too much on this forum today, though, so I'll stop there.

Don't Muse come from Teignmouth? I think only Matt Bellamy does, but maybe I'm wrong. God I've been pronouncing it Taayyn-muth for so long. I'm ashamed.

I've been pronouncing in Tyne-mouth. Oops.
Ok, i came on this thread because i'm confused.
In all the lyrics on the internet it says "unrelenting roll" but on the album it says "everlasting roll" now, since a friend downloaded it for me, i don't know if she got the wrong version or if this is meant to happen. Help?

Well not originally. But that's where they went to school and met/formed the band. I used to pronounce it teen-muth, before I realised it was tin-muth
