Let's all reminisce about our wonderful experiences of seeing or meeting Patrick! ;D (big long stories are welcome ) I'll just post a summary of happy moments for now (so i'm not here all night ): Patrick kissing my hand at the Edinburgh show ;D And when i noticed he was wearing the necklace i'd made under his top on stage!!! When i met him before the Oran Mor show and he actually remembered me (even though i'd only met him once 2 years ago)!!! He said something like i'd grown up! Godrevy Point live!!!!! (Which at the time was the song i wanted to hear most in the world other than Penzance). And Ghost Song and The Bluebell and The Towans at the Oran Mor show The Palladium!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That was the best night of my life - when he played Overture i started crying because it was so perfect and i never thought i'd hear it live. And then every song he played for the first half hour made me cry! It was kind of like i'd been told i was about to die but first i could have once last chance to listen to all the songs i loved, and i'd never appreciated them so much. And i was so excited i accidentally forgot to eat for 12 hours And there was also the fact that it had seemed impossible to go, but after 3 months of insisting it was the only thing i wanted for my birthday my dad finally agreed to take me My first ever PW gig when Patrick came through crowd during Battle and said the line "Don't you know it's time" just to me, so now i always think of it as my line. And finding his glitter everywhere for days afterwards And it was the first venue i'd ever been in with no barrier so Patrick was literally just in front of me! Haha, and his inability to pronounce my name When he's signing things i always say it's Cat-ree-na but it's spelt Catriona and then he always calls me Cat-ree-o-na (and that is the proper way of spelling my it!) But i don't mind, it's lovely that he actually knows my name

Haha yay for this thread! You can have the pleasure of my laughing and smiling like a goon while I type this. My first gig was to see Patrick! It was the best birthday present ever! It will not be my last, no way, I'm watching him live again if it kills me! I ran to the front when I got in, my mum phoned me to say come get a drink... She got ignored, standing in the front for two hours, chatting to everyone around me. I wish the guy in front of me a happy birthday. The badge said birthday boy but at first I was unsure, cruel but true. Anyway on youtube you can hear me and my friend freaking out like children while he is singing its about 43 seconds in its me singing and then my friend saying something. The only thing distinguishable that she is saying is the word rude. Here: 'WOLFYY LLAAAA' heh.. that was very amusing! haha, and when he came in the crowd (in general that was amazing) and a topless guy hugged him, so cute

oh now I know who that was! it was you! XD lol I had seen videos of the whole Palladium thing and always wondered who was yelling so loud I haven't done sth like that yet, but I guess there are videos of me hoping and dancing in the front row...being the tallest thing there doesn't really help being not filmed occasionally of course I only started going to Patrick's gigs last spring, but then I went to every gig I could afford to go to...and luckily that was quite a bit I've never enjoyed the live performance of an artist so much as Patrick's.

Panic was in Milan: it was the first time I saw Him and my body was trembling as my heart. Fantastic! He was a blond warrior full of energy and love. I completely fell in love with him, this time for real. It was such an experience to see him live. What happened to me was incredible:after the concert, at the end of the night, I was out of the club, Magnolia, talking with some friends I met there accidentaly, on the street. A car passed nearby and "someone" waved me hello with an hand..smiling... I almost cried for happiness..it was Patrick! www.youtube.com/watch?v=XyIH0kNhXzs

I've been a huge fan since 2009 and prior to last year, I had never seen him live. My brother had already seen him twice and when it was announced that he would be playing at 'The Sugar Club', my brother invited me along with his friends. We got there around 7.45pm as doors were supposed to open at 8pn, but we didn't actually get inside until after 9pm as there was problems with the sound equipment so a new lot had to be shipped down from Belfast. Anyway, the whole experience was AMAAAAAAAAAAAZING!!!!! I'll never forget when Patrick navigated the audience during 'The City' and came around to where we were seated. He stood up on the couch in front of ours and made eye contact with us. ;D Last October, I went to see him again and it was on the same day that it bucketed rain, which ended up flooding the ground floor and underground carpark of my local shopping centre. On that day, Patrick also received an award from Trinity College for Outstanding Contribution to the Arts. ;D The whole gig was FANTASTIC and I was sooooooooooooo happy I was able to get to it in spite of the severe weather conditions. ;D
